Sponsor. This survey is conducted by Temp°IQ™, a thermoregulation technology company operating under ISO 13485 quality management and FDA regulatory oversight.
Purpose. The purpose of this survey is to assess current practices, unmet needs, and technology readiness within your professional domain. Responses directly inform Temp°IQ™ product development, clinical research priorities, and regulatory strategy.
Voluntary Participation. Your participation is entirely voluntary. You may decline to answer any question or withdraw at any time by closing this page. Your decision to participate or withdraw will not affect any professional relationship with Temp°IQ™.
Confidentiality & Anonymization. All responses are anonymized and reported only in aggregate. Individual responses are never shared with third parties. Contact information, if optionally provided, is stored separately from survey data and used only for the purposes described below.
Data Use & Retention. De-identified response data may be used to support product design, regulatory submissions (including FDA filings), and peer-reviewed publications. Data will be retained for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with FDA record retention requirements.
Data Platform. This survey is administered via REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture), a secure, HIPAA-compliant web-based platform designed for clinical research data collection and hosted within a SOC 2 Type II certified environment.
