Intended Use

The HALO CTP is a reusable cold compress for cranial cooling. It is intended to temporarily relieve pain and discomfort associated with migraines, headaches, tension headaches, minor inflammation, fever discomfort, muscle tension and stiffness, and stress, and to help reduce minor swelling and discomfort through cold therapy.

It also supports relaxation, stress management, and healthy sleep routines. For external use only.

How to Use — Cold Therapy

Remove ice packs from fabric sleeves.
Place flat in the included plastic freezer bag.
Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours.
Remove and test temperature before wearing.
If too cold, let the pack warm slightly before placing on your head.
Adjust the top strap(s) around the sides and top of the head area to set a secure, snug fit for hands-free wear during rest, sleep, or activity.
Wear over the head for 15–20 minutes, up to 3–4 times daily.

Fit & Comfort

One size fits most. Designed for a gentle, comfortable fit. Should feel secure, never tight. Do not overstretch or over-tighten.

Care

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water. Allow to air dry fully before freezing or wearing.

Important Safety Information

Always use the fabric sleeve or a cloth barrier — do not apply the bare gel pack directly to skin. Do not apply for more than 20 minutes at a time; let skin return to normal temperature before reapplying.

Avoid contact between the inner gel and eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice. Contents are non-toxic but not for ingestion.

Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation, numbness, blistering, skin discoloration, or an allergic reaction develops, or if symptoms persist. Not a substitute for medical care — seek attention for a head injury or severe, sudden, or unusual headache.

Precautions

Use only as directed. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or have diabetes, circulatory or nerve conditions, cold sensitivity (e.g., Raynaud’s), or other medical conditions.

Not for use on infants or young children except under medical direction. Do not use if the pack feels excessively cold or uncomfortable. Do not use if the outer material is damaged or leaking gel; discard if punctured. Do not apply over broken, infected, or irritated skin. Use only on clean, dry skin.
